There is a number in the end column labeled "TOTAL" and an example at the bottom of the sheet that reads:"Example: Assessment ($1,000) X Millage Rate (1 Mill or .001) = Real Estate Tax Amount ($1)"Although, the number from the "TOTAL" column can't possibly be the Millage Rate (Tax Rate?)

Our opinions of what is "good" may vary so I'll refrain from labeling the deal as such, since some people view good as $500/month cash flow and others would be happy with $150/month.Some people want their money back in 7 years, 3 years, 15 years, etc.Have you accounted for maintenance and vacancy?

I won't get into the specific math here cause its nerdy and not necessary, but I spent some time 'fitting a curve' to our data and here is what I came up with: Here's what is going on in this graph: The labels on the X-axis are the median rent for a given city (I am purposely omitting the city names here).
