They are making things look pretty, jumping on quick cash sales to close quickly, using this sellers market to their advantage while providing  inferior product that another hard working investor is shelling 100,000s of dollars for to get.Buyers beware!  

I have received bids from local compagnies and out of state contractors willing to travel, and it appears that out of state contractors are generally giving quotes at least 50% to 60% inferior to local compagnies!
