Loren, how did you incorporate your assignment fee into the escrow?

If you want to see it pre rehab, we may be able to arrange something for Dec 1 (it is in Pt Loma near OB).I get a lot of off market property listings sent to me.  

I have a live-in (22 year old son) rehab (pt Loma) starting Dec 1 if you desire to see the pre-rehab condition reach out to me a couple days before Dec 1.

If you’re using a hard money loan, ask your lender for a pre-approval letter to include as well.
