What kind of tenant amenities can i implement there to attract a better crowd of renters?

I had a conversation recently about debt in America and what came to light was how will the American people respond having a little more cash in their pocket.  

Also Pure White can tend to look “dirty” in rooms with less natural light. 

Would like to get help with finding a good deal and a location to implement the famous BRRRR strategy.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

Be proactive, and let him know you’re no pushover and won’t take this situation lightly. 

It's oftentimes the small details that get overlooked - light switches, lighting, trims, closet doors, and if applicable fireplace mantel...Also don't forget about picking a harmonious color palette!

Instead, focus on improving your skillset, helping more clients at a high level and implementing systems in your business.

I would also add some motion sensor lights to help discourage people from trying to break in / make them re-think breaking in. 

I learned the little actions and implement those from time to time. 

I would recommend driving for dollars and implementing methods of strategic cold outreach.
