Hi all - I'm struggling with what the best type of analysis to use to come up with to compare investment options and wondering if anyone could help me focus on the right metrics.I am trying to make a decision on build on an existing piece of land that I have or to buy a completely different deal.Details:- Currently own/operate a triplex that cash flows very well.

I can only really speak for Tampa but if you buy a unique and/or amenity rich property in the right part of town and do all of the management pieces right you can and likely will be successful.

So depending on your experience, if you are bringing a piece of land and some plans, I the outside investor would want likely between 80-90% of the equity if I am providing all the funds for closing, the experience, and the reserves, just to be honest on something like this.
