The Forums are not some 'magic pill' that solves problems, but it can be part of a balanced diet of real estate information :-)To me the biggest benefit of the Pro is unlimited use of the calculators ( I probably use 5-10 times a week at least).

Termites do not eat just wood, they eat books, cloth, and yes, concrete as well as a mean for a path to get to the rotten woods or desirable termite diet.  

Whomever I talked to that are not in this business,start with IF it didn't work.Honestly in my heart I don't scare,I'm just little confused.
