What I would do is put it in craigslist for free and include they need a crew to haul it.

., if the air is not working in the middle of summer we keep extra window shakers on hand to haul over and place in bedroom windows). 

I've been toying around with some online calculators and I've run into an issue so I'm hoping someone can help me out.Scenario:Enter Loan Amount, Interest Rate, and Quantity of Payments.

I've toyed with Realquest Express and have considered a paying membership, but haven't jumped into foreclosures yet as I'm still fairly new. 

I have a few  investor friends that are currently investing in it and I keep telling them they are better off with Real EstateSome people are saying they’re in it for the long haul while other think its a trend that is soon to end.

My options are to 1) try to sell the land with the shed (and belongings); 2) Pay someone to haul it off 3) try to sell the shed before putting the land on the market. 

I've found people numerous times on Craigslist who have hauled junk, including refrigerators, away for free for me.

Maybe nobody wants to lease that empty Toys R Us space to sell widgets ... but it might make sense to build apartments or condos there .

There may be a local person who hauls water who can be for hire, but no one seems to advertise that they will haul water for a reasonable fee.Are there any thoughts on anything that would help with marketing or negotiating with a property like this? 

I’ve dropped tools, my kids ride scooters across it, my dog skids to a stop chasing toys on it.
