Dave Stech speaks on a number of RE podcasts, many times on MC Laubscher's Cash Flow Ninja podcast (one recently #848 on September 16, 2024). 

They have a bunch of free videos out there related to the Income Snowball and their new partnership with rent-to-retirement, and a very savvy "numbers person" could probably surmise and re-create the system on their own if they really want to be cheap. 

Yeah that all makes sense, and I'm sure there was a ton that happened in the background here for the last 2 years since the vote to re-zone failed a second time. 

The volatility of Austin's RE market also presents challenges.

Seems like the list of "to do's" keeps going and going, ha! 

If insurance double or triples or worse, some RE cash flow will vanish.  

I'm hoping you can save me some time from re-creating it. :)

If I receive anything back, I'm considering it a win.I've learned a lot about investing RE syndication deals over the past three years and have refined my criteria for investing.  

I will say this is a difficult RE market and I can poke holes in most RE purchases at this time.
