The owner buying materials .............is this the same guy that brings his steak to a restaurant and asks them to cook it ?

The Mueller redevelopment has been a strong driver for property values in the area, and looks to continue that momentum with restaurants, Mueller's first bar, and the Alamo Drafthouse all being added either recently or in the near future.

There is a Meijer and strip mall with good restaurants and businesses nearby including a Whole Foods that helps garner renters, owners to the area.

Not a lot of variety when it comes to restaurants, retail, coffee shops, etc. --- I used to live in Royal Oak (Metro Detroit), it is night and day 2.)
