Just as @Sandra Lei M.and @Mathias Bekele have recommended, start with UBG and go through every last one of the podcast whenever you are in the car, at night or before class because this my friend is GOLD.

Here is a nugget of information that I picked up from Lou’s presentation, and you can get nuggets from information from almost all presentations, even with sales involved.

Door knocking is good too ( time consuming i recommend doing this with properties you really want and know could be a gold mine).
