I usually just look up the real owner in public records, skip-trace their contact info, let them know someone is trying to use their land for a scam and offer to put a sign up at the property that says "NOT FOR SALE" (ironic for a real estate agent right?).

Micheal offers a perfect example of what I speak of how the "agents" with the nice websites and quick 24 hour financing are all basically fronts for scam artists in Armani suits.

I have tried some Facebook groups down there and they are ALL (so far) nothing but spam and scams, or people advertising to clean cars, etc.
