Permitted works costs more than unpermitted work and they will get quotes and be sold by the tradesperson that you do not need to have someone licensed do this, this is easy work and the permit is meant for more complex work....

For example, jumbo loans are going to be lumped in with bank statement loans and other non-QM loan products meant for owner-occupied properties.

Being too cozy and available is unwise imho, and  that's what I meant to get across. 

what i meant was... i would look at places you know, or have a connection to, or are passionate about.
