💡 How are you finding solid flip deals in this market?

How did you add value to the deal?

If investors want to just be lenders then I would work with them as a lender on the deal so you don't have to setup a syndication also not sure where you are located (app doesn't say) but if investors California may be way around syndicating 

With this strategy we are getting traditional financing and buying on market deals. 

But it was our first deal of course we didn’t have our act together and his underwriter said it was an awesome deal.

I'm interested in finding deals within a 50 mile radius of WPB where I vacation every year and wondering who I can connect with on the side prior to my visit to see if my goals are realistic in the area. 

Now I’m rebuilding my investment portfolio while helping other investors find deals.

And how much would you have spent in time and money to even find a deal?

I have sold all but one of my personal investment properties and decided to invest with others in passive deals with sponsors of larger apartment complex's, trailer parks and others.
