And you'll have new cracks in unexpected places, old cracks that will not close, but instead enlarge.

A 3 year projection of the business.In my experience the deal itself and the re-pore you build with them holds more weight when talking to a privet money lender then it dose when talking to a bank (granted this again is on a case by case basses).

It has 3 bedrooms but the master bath is really small and not a large closet.Would you recommend taking the 2 small bedrooms and enlarging the bath and closet making it a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.Would very much appreciate any advise on this subject.
