Hello everyone,I’m in the process of replacing the backyard fence at one of my properties in Memphis, TN, and I’m considering upgrading from the current dog ear style to a more modern horizontal cedar wood fence.

I wouldnt' want to buy a 750k piece of land and then have no way to use it with this project. 

PM is a big piece, hopefully it rents quick and you can do it again 

., I definitely agree with the accounting piece, what are you thought on the legalities side of this.

If you believe you're undercutting them while trying to convince them that you're not, you're missing a big piece.

You might be able to find a lot of this info online, on YouTube, here, etc and piece it together however as a busy professional I didn't have the time personally to try and fail - nothing wrong about choosing that path however I knew I didn't have time and I was in peace with hiring a coach to help me through my first deal, 8k is affordable in comparison with the 30,40,50k programs out there.

After a couple ears, buy another property and rent out your space in the first property.

I outsourced many different local vendors and received 2-3 quotes for each piece of work.
