Distractors.Instead, why don't go into the market with such a force, with such a dominance where all these yada yada doesn't have an impact on destiny?

@Gene Whoopthere are no tax consequences when you take a loan from your 401k, there might be small, one time administrative fee but that's it.

Few homeowners pay attention to the HOAs, so boards may be dominated by zealots or by people who are not inclined to question the management.

@Gene Hacker, I was already interested in getting into home inspections to learn a bit more about analyzing a deal and estimating rehab costs, but since you do it and speak of all the benefits, it makes me want to do it more!
