@Bonnie Low if you have an international student they will have an SSN if they will be paid by the university or sometimes get an ITIN to open a bank account. locally you may be able to search by name in local databases but it isn't usually helpful.

Most private market flood policies just use the address and rate the policy on their own database. 

My background is in healthcare administration and revenue cycle management  but the past year I have telling myself, I want more from myself which is when I decided to learn and participate in REI.

The 7 day period is likely just a rule that they have for administrative convenience.

In regards to your second comment, we cater to a very large database of investors that have multiple exit strategies.
