In some areas there are some very expensive fiber optic cable going in......if you don't call and wait for lines to be marked and you hit one of those you're gonna get charged with repair costs....and fiber optics are not cheap.

Im OK with this one not producing much for the other benefits, if it saves me 2k monthly on private school, it's a win IMO.For out of state, I'm not sure exactly where, Chattanooga TN looks decent due to the expansion of Google fiber and tech hubs growing there, Kansas city looks decent and I've seen some turnkey B props for under 70k that look good.

The white is Behr's Popped Corn, which exactly matched the new off-the-shelf Jeld-Wen windows we got from Home Depot.I have received so many compliments on the paint scheme, and have had two people ask the color names, and then painted their house the same colors.
