Would you be willing to share what you charge for your transactional funding loans?

It's a fairly unregulated space (charging grandma $750 to puts around for 3 hours, after moving the old box from the horizontal sensor, which was the only problem with the garage door to begin with), so some combination of carefully reading reviews (you have to actually read them to make sure it's not 200 fake reviews), and maybe not giving them the full contract all at once, is in order. 

For all you know it a violent situation and she could get a judge’s order and you pry couldn’t/shouldn’t charge then. 

I am originally from there and manage on in Ventnor and have had some issues getting a straight answer on what I should even be charging for tourist tax. 

You could also charge a damage deposit, though there are pros and cons to this.

If you see work crews reaching out, ask the person in charge of securing housing where they go looking.

You have trusted contractors that are charging a fair price ? 

Keep in mind that this was for a DSCR loan, not conventional financing.  

I know of a lender around 7.3%, but curious what everyone else is seeing.Keep in mind, we're talking DSCR, not conventional.

Well it is doing loans for folks who bought sight unseen and trusted contractors/turnkey providers who sell the dream but in the end do the absolute min in rehab work (even though charge for a much better job) and/or sell a buyer on a class B type neighborhood that is  reality a class D neighborhood in an already low income town.
