The top 10 largest employers in Kansas City are the following:Federal Government, Cerner Corporation, Children's Mercy Hospitals & Clinics, Internal Revenue Service, City of Kansas City, University of Missouri - Kansas City, Honeywell FM&T, Hallmark Cards Inc, Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, and Burns & McDonnell.

I say that as there are online EMT schools where you do the didactic portion online and then do the skills portion and of course clinicals in-person. 

Also, the Cleveland Clinic (the largest employer in Ohio) is located just down the road from Cleveland Heights.

The challenge for me now is looking for/managing deals when I am working in a busy clinic 35 hours a week with no internet access, limited phone time, etc.

Emergency clinics can have similar problem they have business for months backed up but getting the consistent high quality workers is the problem encountered the most.I would have to see the particular property in general OM to give an assessment of what I think.

Property located in big medical region. 6 major healthcare hospitals, countless medical auxiliary and support clinics, prompt care, labs, etc Based on basic feasibility report and area's reclassification as Investment Opportunity Zone economic status to attract more ease of investment dollars.  

As a last resort, I called up the local vet clinics and even the hospitals in the area.
