I guess how you define house hack would give clarity as to what direction you need to go.

Hi,I have a 2-part question seeking some level of clarity from the group as my own research has not been conclusive.I would like to set up a LLC primarily to hold RE investments like private equity/debt funds or syndications but would like to keep my name hidden(at least not easily publicly searchable).

For clarity, if you cash out equity either via refinance or HELOC, what will you cash flow become?

I'm seeking clarity here Adam, am I not allowed to speak directly to the owner if it has a listing agent?

Here is some more clarity on my plans:I expect to be in between jobs for 4 to 9 months including both retraining and securing a new job (W-2). 

., making 10 seller calls, or posting 3 houses for sale on Craigslist).We make sure to provide detailed instructions and give them crystal-clarity on what successful completion looks like, and then we turn them loose.At the end of the week, we'll assess their performance.
