If I'm understanding what you're saying, if I go to my brother and say "Hey, would you like to open an ice cream stand?"

Going out of state as a newbie is trying to have your cake and eat it too, you give up your control but still think you can pull the returns of an active investment ... though there are plenty here that will try to sell you that fairytale dream of puppy dogs and ice cream, it rarely works out that way in reality.

Buy an ice cream cone.

No skin off my tail any way you look at it, but the middle class and poorer aren't just losing the war, you're going to get creamed! 

I would guess that I am most likely not getting the cream of the crop deals in the emails and that maybe those are getting snatched up earlier. 

Non Real estate measure Have unusual number of ice cream and cross fit gyms posed up?  

I might be able to cut some out but would it result in a marked improvement at the expense of taking the girls out for ice cream or a pancake house once in a while is the question.

Doesn't seem to be the self-licking-ice cream cone that storage units are but maybe something that the rental fees could continuously pay for the management company, repairs, etc.
