Congrats on buying your first condo—that’s a big move, especially in a competitive market like NYC.

I think with the time you’ll spend working on this, you could find 2-3 existing parks to buy in the meantime and not need to take anywhere near the same risk  

Are you agent yourself and what makes you say that you'll avoid buying a home under 1000 sqaure feet again? 

So does that mean I can't buy from a related party at all?? 

I don't have a lot of capital to buy a property right now in the area that I would like.People that get into businesses like these have a common thread, they are go getters and hustlers!

@Luke Hamlin you can buy a second home with 10% down with a Conventional loan.

Probably buy during hurricane season (now) to get the best deal. 

Subsequently I ended up buying property in 8 states, and a couple weeks ago bought 5 properties in 5 days in 3 states.

but you will have appreciation and equity paydown, but so would any property you buy with financing.
