If you paid off the debt, can you start fresh and with a clearer mindset?

New construction often means lower maintenance costs since everything is fresh and up to code.

I am brand new to real estate investing.  

This works best on used homes where the price is only a few thousand dollars, but if it is a brand new home worth tens of thousands you could offer to help them sell it.

The appliances are also all brand new installed this year- fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Although my Realtor brand is The Lyman Group as a Broker, I primarily represent the Reafco brand.

#2 12K is supposed to be just for the cabinets and countertops (assuming brand new).

Most here on BP that buy NPL's like myself only invest in the US as we see plenty of product here in the US and can make good money doing it, so its not worth the risk to venture overseas in other country to learn all the nuances, laws and rebuilding all brand new relationships.

I’m curious to know what strategies you use to keep your listing fresh and appealing.

No matter of plumbing is brand new or too old, eventually too much TP will clog it.
