@Makenzi Capezza I suggest taking a spray bottle filled with water and lightly spraying a section of the wall and see if there are any small strips of paper that change color with the water or roll up in your fingers easily.

she has never owned the house, never paid my grandparents rent.She just moved out into her boyfriends... has left 90% of the belongings in house, ripped up the carpeting her and her bf put in maybe a year or 2 ago... also has left empty cans/bottles in the basement because she "cant store them in her car" , I had to force her to give back the keys (she moved out end of March) which she just gave them to me on April 5th.I have someone who will be renting the 1st floor and this is all holding things up.
