I do the bookkeeping and taxes for 2 LLC's now and I could not even imagine doing it for 20 of them.If I was just buying a house or 2, I probably wouldn't even use an LLC (not worth getting into why here).

Then no additional bookkeeping, no potential to pierce the corporate veil, and the way the tax code is now structured it's not going to make a difference to your tax liability, either, I don't believe.

Hi guys,I know there are tons of discussion regarding getting a loan under your name and putting the title in your LLC.May be I am not looking hard enough but I can't seem to find how to do accounting in this situation.How would you bookkeep expenses (closing costs, property tax, mortgage interests, etc )?
