If you are bold, ask your tenants for their input, but again be prepared for the fact that you may be opening a can of worms.

As I pointed out (in bold no less) each state has different rules on how foreclosures operate.

i say plan in bold because i'm not saying you won't hit the ground running and just kick butt, BUT, it takes time to find deals where you find yourself in a positive cash flow circumstances.

Sounds like a bold statement, but without a doubt, BP has drastically helped my real estate investing, but more importantly changed my mindset.

It’s therapeutic to post this out for now, like a bold first step and making a commitment to learn deliberately the right way to do it, and hope that I can look back on this post in a few months or years and see how far I’ve come.
