Considering that Medicare could quite easily be bankrupt by then if we continue as we have been, then the budget certainly seems less like it is taking things away.Overall, J Scott's description of where he stands - socially liberal, but fiscally conservative - best describes my position.The things that make me lean republican are that I strongly believe in free enterprise and personal responsibility.

So if you had a whole portfolio of 'infinite return' properties, you could go bankrupt quite quickly, if a few of these adverse events conspired against you in a short period of time.Fine, you say, I'll just walk away from the whole mess if I don't have anything invested.

In a recent survey by TNS Custom Research, 51% of Americans said they would like to be self-employed, however many of them didn’t take the steps necessary to achieve those dreams. 38% cited the fear of going bankrupt as the number one reason they never took action, 37% cited the fear of an irregular income, 15% said they didn’t have enough capital & 8% said they lacked the necessary skills.
