If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

If you can pay off the HELOC quickly, that is not bad way to go. 

I received an email with pricing on both structures, prices are not bad, but do not include much, I still have to pay for a deed (quit claim or warranty) to transfer the rentals, register agent fee if I decide to open the Wyoming LLC.

I wouldn’t want to buy a bad deal, regardless of the tax consequences.

There are some bad ones out there, for sure, but there a lot of good ones that, if leveraged property, will help you scale and grow your portfolio sooner than you think.Good luck!

Most will be negative because they have had bad experiences with it.
