Now that it is in a Special Needs trust my attorney advises that it would not be a good idea to charge him rent because some of his disability check would be funneled right into his his special needs trust.

I pass them on to my clients, as the law requires, but I advise them to ignore 99% of them.- You don't need to offer the full asking price as earnest money, but a large deposit definitely helps woo the seller into believing your offer is serious.

There's some who are more so there to help advise as I make my own path presumably with the ability to identify issues ahead of time.

Could any of you please advise us (not legal I understand) if setting up an LLC or these homes in a trust, etc would be beneficial?
