What program is this?

I would be totally open to it including an accounting software as well where I can see financials across all my properties because I'm tired of my current accounting program, Wave.

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

Can I ask what sort of property management program you use to keep track of each of your rentals? 

You can scan the receipt with your phone using the QB app and it loads directly to the program.

I was looking to start my real estate investing journey and was recommended your program.

Other small things I do besides leasing, mangement, some maintenance, are installing keypads to doors, programming gate remotes, garage remotes, doing walk throughs, doing walk through videos (15-20 mins move in/move out videos), advertising videos, take care of our website, our portal, fix the gates and cameras when they go out, just like everything you can think of.
