I know what my ideal life looks like in ten years, unfortunately, I don’t feel like I can have my ideal life now because I am having to stay in the state that I am in until we can move without risk of my husband losing custody of his child, which will be in about 10 years so believe it or not I do spend a lot of time thinking about what I want the future to be like.

That is in addition to clauses that require anyone that stays more than 7 nights in 12-months to apply (then it becomes our choice if they are treated as a temporary occupant or tenant) and prohibition of subleasing.

Yes a stay in a potato is interesting but if there isn't much else to do around there, it will be a bit of a loser.Remote isn't always bad.

We do get people coming through for ETSU and Milligan graduations, temporary stays for the VA, and some tourism in the summer and fall but you're not going to stay heavily booked.

We have over 10,000 nightly stays per year so its hundreds of guests at any given time and yes we have PMS and automation systems in place as well as a VA but even with all that being a host is tough.
