Wanted to try and find a cost effective solution to making it less of an eyesore for my tenants and future tenants.Have considered Resurfacing, due to large amount of cracks and such but far too expensive for my liking.  

Hi MikeI sold REOs in South Florida - and the cost for completely resurfacing the average pool there was around $3500 - As an aside - I've seen some horrendous looking pools cleaned up beautifully for $500. 

A budget and plan for major overhauls and re-surfacing.

A few days later when I went back, there were HUGE stains that had resurfaced. 

From this, I learned that #1 I will never use a GC again, and #2 Have a list of your lead time items (granite, windows, refinish floors, resurface tubs, etc).

Repairs include Int paint, carpet, appliances, resurface tubs, ext AC unit, & misc.
