You might be pressed to do 100s of them like people claim to be doing in markets like St Louis of Cleveland but I would think you’d be able to successfully get several under your belt and have the market to sell them or rent them upon completion.

She had moved in before we bought the condo, and the equipment change was required for the cable TV and internet service to continue as the prior owner would of course cancel their account after closing.
