The last 5 or 6 years you had to go up north to go snowmobiling and nobody around here owns one anymore.Last year we had a good amount of snow only for 3 weeks in January (perfect timing, because I was riding a motorcycle down to the end of South America and totally missed it, so as my wife likes to point out I never had to shovel the driveway once the entire winter.

I've seen it with The Woodlands over the last 10 years and everyone is going North or West of Houston at this point.

I would say stay in  North East Jackson amd Pockets of South Jackson and the Suburbs. 2.

My equity in the property is 80%.The property is in north east, San Antonio, its a 5B, 2.5 bath, 2784 sqft, Lot 6969 sqft  15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the Airforce training base .

I have a Duplex that's performing poorly in north salt lake.

Our partner lives in North Dakota, the STR is likely to be in Florida (I plan to shop after BPCon 2023) but we are planning for the LLC to be in CA due to their fee collection. 

That said, Kensington (north of Lehigh) is another world that I dont touch even though I have a property just south of lehigh in east Kensington (still some zombies) but has stayed rented with great tenants and no vacancy for 5 years.  

For example I just did a quick MLS search from Colfax north to Longmont, up to $550k.
