I am currently researching CRM (customer relationship management) real estate platforms that are fully integrated with Microsoft office, gmail, mail chimp etc.Are you still using other software within the company?

Also, the Google Sheet is essentially an online form of Microsoft Excel for all intents and purposes.

This has real value because there are ways that you could monetize this e.g. by searching for deals that others ultimately buy or by writing content2) Alignment with education - if you practice underwriting deals for example you will be employing math, analytic skills, use of Microsoft excel etc.

Microsoft is lower risk than a junk bond, so it yields lower than a junk bond but more than a treasury.

I liked Microsoft project back in the day, however, I am hoping for something new.

I had this in Microsoft Word

In my day job, I am the regional product manager for Microsoft's online content business in the middle east (basically MSN.com content service). 

It is a simple creation on Microsoft Word, I just figured it will stand out among other yellow letters. 

He helped us migrate a handful of pages from hostgator to microsoft and helped out with a whole bunch of email issues and web site hacks ( before we found him!)

Maybe try Microsoft Project, if you already have Microsoft Office you can probably get Project as an add-on.
