In March I rented and furnished a 4 bedroom home in Hyattsville, MD for STR and it's doing well so far with 21 nights booked since listing on March 18.

Regarding the indoor cameras, airb&b has banned them since March 2024 even if they are in the common area.

If your taxes were relatively simple, it really depends on the CPA and their staff, but if it was only what you mentioned, I'd have expected it done sometime in March.
