Funny, I thought it was you who called me a "cop hater" on the first page of this thread before our debate ever started -- an insult, btw, that has absolutely no basis whatsoever and came from another thread that you didn't even bother to read, but where you also started to throw around insults.You can dish it out, but when someone stands their ground, you cry about how it's not fair...Whoops, again, not funny...just predictable...

Yes i do, every time i come home, take off my shoes, put my slippers on and sing wont you be my neighbor..... the first time would be OK but being that this happened again then that would be enough to charge the tenant. i would also send a letter to them saying that cloths or anything else other than washing your hands and brushing of teeth are not allowed in bathroom sinks and the same goes for the Kitchen sink with the added exception of washing dishes, provided no food scraps are dumped down the drain.

Hi Ben,Get a few more bids, and make sure you do not buy services you do not need.In other words, find the lowest cost package of services that meet you needs.Walk the property with each pest bidder and if they point out things to fix, such as lids on garbage cans, holes caulked up in the siding, resident unwashed dishes in sink that should not be there...etc...Photo them with your phone and fix them.Be wary of the neighbors pets and kids when they prescribe a solution for you.

I saw today on the news a few apartment complexs with water up to the first floor windows which mean first floor flooded.. my experience in Katrina when I looked at a few apartment complexs there post Katrina that had flooded.. they needed to be completely vacated.. and bottom floor and some times top floor dry wall and every thing ripped out.. mold grows there like nobodys business its like living in a petri dish in that area of the country.
