One of the other designers in our office is himself Korean, so we had a terrific introduction to Korean culture and business practices thanks to him.  

Next week Wednesday 8/24 at 7PM we are having a Bigger Pockets Meet Up at Johnny's Irish Pub on Culver, it a group of us that get together and talk about Real Estate some a new and some have 30 years in the business.

It has merely been the one that has reached cultural parity.

The city built what's called the Cultural Trail a few years back, and it has greatly helped both Fletcher Place and Fountain Square. 

A big part of being new is making sure you make a hard attempt to understand the terms, culture and clients.

Half the agents I've called could not speak a word of English and either hung up on my or handed the phone to their husband/friend/cousin to translate.I'm not sure if the Spanish culture is as dense where you are.
