I am considering just going with an ADU rather than a new unit and maybe adding a hot plate instead of a kitchen.

The housing market is on a bit of a hot streak.

My impression was that a lot of these people were dabblers, if not, I would love to know how they make money off these because I have no clue.The properties that I did want to purchase were "hot" deals that either had a minimum bid that was higher than my max, or were bid up beyond my means. 

The city approved rental license inspector essentially just tested to make sure there was access to hot water, access to heat, no unsafe conditions like exposed electric wiring, CO/smoke detectors present/functional, fire extinguishers present/not expired, etc.

These are the two hot zones with elevated rents due to their proximity to ASU Tempe.

When were are in a hot market we require a previewing questionnaire with 5 questions based around the application process - credit, income, pets, etc.
