You profit share with them for the first 10 deals (at the higher levels) because they really are right there with you holding your hand, and as I mentioned, doing three way calls, etc. every step of the way.  

It forces me to call VRBO to reset the account but luckily they are easy to get a hold of and fix.  

Once you have completed the consolidation portion of your 1031 exchange you now own a more expensive (and probably really nice) property that it must be your intent to hold for investment use. 

This is too much out of pocket for a net cashflow of only $175/per month on a holding property.
