This month I am buying heavily into a tech company that the street hates and is dumping for fears of an accounting scandal.

I was talking to a lawyer friend of mine who was involved in a lawsuit where a guy was letting his friend try out his Tesla in “launch mode” in a residential neighborhood.  

The guy was an absolute wizard using zapier and a few other platforms to set up automations, drip campaigns and more.Shooting you a PM!

But they have the affordable priced properties......in comparison to the top non affordable states in the union. its also forcing us local guys out to the Andersons and kokomos too because we cant compete with the large funds bank account.

Buying a building yourself to STR is ideal, but I also know a guy in Houston that has about 200 STR units.  

But this guy gives me the indication he will be difficult.Note: as a realtor, I’m already used to this as a safety measure.
