Hard to know if this applies directly, but the US Supreme Court ruled in 1967 that if as a resident you choose not to let inspectors in, they need to get a warrant with probable cause from a judge, they can't simply arrest and/or fine you.

Of the three basic necessities - food, clothing, and shelter - if you shoplift food, you get arrested.

I’m a little worried now because when I received my license application there was a sheet of paper that list reasons to why someone could be denied a license. 20 years ago when I was 18 I was arrested for petty theft twice in one year.

So for $350, he now has an arrest warrant and cannot fly back to the US without being escorted by the police to jail upon his arrival.

Just search listsource on this forum or go to youtube and you can see tutorials on how to pull list.Other ways to find off market deals from your county - code violations, tax delinquent, 24 hour arrest, utilities shut off, inherited properties/probate.Driving for dollars looking for vacant properties or properties in distress is a good way as well.

Apparently by a previous tenant who'd recently been arrested) a surprise to all concerned that's for sure!
