When I invest, I mostly want to know about the failures and losses and what they did to mitigate them as any fool can make money in a Bull market but what you want is someone who loses less in a Bear or bad real estate market.

We have done this 3 times - once was a failure and we then listed with a realtor. 

If you put all of your investment eggs in a proverbial Airbnb basket, you are already setting yourself up for failure. 

Also properties built in the 80s that were considered to be "newer" condos are now having system failures, specifically roofs.

Or like we had a cream we had to rub in our cat's ear for heart failure that we would get from a compounding pharmacy.  

Question is with SO many strategies out there, how do you determine which is right for you without having to experience the failures or successes of each ?

You can’t blame him for your own failures, or finding bad leads he doesn’t want, etc.

Failure to communicate is a sign they are hiding something.

Then they tell everyone else to avoid that challenge as if it's impossible to succeed, rather than accepting responsibility for their failure.
