Auto liens are pretty stable investment if you can find them .. of course its with used car dealers usually or its sub prime and really sub prime.. but with the new tech they can put in buyers of sub prime cars..

Especially if it will be worth more in a year (as long as the law suit is really only going to take a year...as I’m sure you are well aware law suits can get drug out with continuances).

Then I received partial payments and lots and lots of excuses about a promise for full payment and this drug on for months.

They buy "close outs" from other dealers, but they don't tell you until they have your money.

@Steve Dye  I target them by doing pre-employment drug screens to gain access to the refinery in this town. 

Then I told tenants first come first serve especially since #5 told me they couldn't have any peeling paint because section 8 won't allow it and also has her 18 year old son whose on disability living with her and brought a known drug addict to the showing....I used first come first serve to protect me from tenant #5. 

go work for a car dealer for 6 months and learn how to qualify present and CLOSE. 

Its to my understanding that denying a applicant for drug related crimes violates the disability act because the government considers addiction a disease. 

I can admit this was not in a great part of town - and the fire department thinks the previous renter may have been some kind of drug dealer.
