Home Depot blinds are like $30 unless vertical blinds. 

I'm sure I can get the deal done and these are garden style 3-4 story walk up style which are the low end of market rate

It is a different kind of product and while you used to be able to get it through home depot, you have to order it from the supplier in MA now, I believe.

Pretty much: paint, new high quality impact windows, new open kitchens, upgrade to the bathrooms, new central and efficient AC units, great looking garden, and new fence.

Go to a one of those dollar stores and get one of those flat floor mops, the one with the sponge on the end, or go to Home Depot and get a better one if you want to keep it, or if you have tall ceilings.

My wife and I just got done rehabbing a brick two flat in Ravenswood Gardens.

I was ablet to use a better product, which Home Depot was able to cut to size for me at no extra cost, and installed them all myself (easily and only took about 2 hours), and saves thousands of dollars.

You have less expensive options at $.97 per sq ft at Home Depot that will last many years. 

I think you get my point.Dont sleep on researching Home Depot and Lowes websites either.
