Also just based on those snippets you gave he was pretty clearly advertising the property not the contract, which of course is offering to sell a property for someone else... or real estate brokering.Okay hopefully I made my thoughts on that turd burger clear.So the angle I want to point out is that agents don't walk on water.

Just the same as the hamburger joint in town can sell burgers for more than it costs to make them and I still buy them, low-end rentals can be rented out for more than a mortgage would cost the tenant.
