Here is what you need to keep in mind:Interest is not deductible - this is apples to oranges comparison. 

Now, vetting a applicant is not apples to apples. 

If people factored in the costs to operate a property as part of the purchase equation, then perhaps they would be able to compare apples to apples, but that's just not how we value property these days.

Was just sort of curious if there was an easy apples to apples comparison but sounds like probably not.

Insurance is one of those things where you really have to understand it to compare apples to apples (i.e. same coverage/service to same coverage/service). 

Apple Pay, PayPal (Friends & Family), Venmo and more have no fees as well.

It seems like BP iOS app needs some developer love:1) It's not optimized for iPhone X at all.

A couple small pieces of advice when selecting contractors I would offer which is used in the commercial world is to always make sure you have (3) bids per job and level their scopes of work to make sure they are ‘apples to apples’.
