We only do single family homes, so it's not an apples to apples comparison, but the average national turnover rate is about 40%. 4 of the last 5 years our turnover rate was under 6%, and in the last 10 years we've never had an eviction.

WE took 16 40 yard dumpters off of that house property and various vehicles etc etc. there was also a live boa constrictor that scared the heck out of one of the workers it got away ( of course) and the police wanted me to walk to all the neighbors and warn them to watch out for their cats:)WE demo's the house and I built a 1.5 mil dollar spec on it.
