Tough to get a more apple to apple comparison.  

Use tools like BiggerPockets and house-buying apps to check if deals are good.

If you have used any of the above apps, I would love to hear what you love/hate about the app you are using.

My 2 gripes are: No simple thank you for advice that is insanely valuableEveryone wants shortcuts and easy nowadays.....How many times do we hear - "Is there an App for ________?"

But if you search "Finance Friday" on BiggerPockets Money podcast on apple or spotify or wherever you listen they have some real gems that might help you think about where to start! 

@Andrew Postell, sorry for whatever reason, the mobile app on Android was not resolving your name tagging. 

Get fee sheets or loan estimates from whichever 2-3 lenders you're considering and make an apples to apples comparison.

I'd love to help out in any way except going through the hassle of anything Apple related.

I'd have backup cleaners or hire a company that has many cleaners at their disposal.You'll need some handyman contacts and HVAC companies.Once you have these you can handle the rest remotely.Check Turno, FB groups and the Next door app to find these people.
